By accessing or using the Platform, You are entering into this Agreement. You should read this Agreement carefully before starting to use the Platform. If You do not agree to be bound to any of the terms of this Agreement, You must not access or use the Platform.

Definitions: "Service" refers to the CheaterScanner website and all related features and functionality. "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity using the Service. "Content" refers to any information, data, text, or other materials available through the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

3. Subscription and Billing

When you subscribe to our service:

• Subscription Service: By subscribing, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription service that will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The subscription will continue until you cancel it.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Introductory Offers: Any special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers are valid only for the first billing period of your subscription. After the first billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price.
• Cancellation Process: You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the start of each period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Charges will appear on your billing statement as Cheaterscanner.com .
• Price Changes: Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
• Payment Issues: If your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate your subscription after multiple failed attempts.

IMPORTANT: By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the regular price after any introductory offer period ends, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Service Description

CheaterScanner provides a service to help users verify information about potential matches. Our service:

• Provides activity reports based on publicly available information
• Uses technology to match and verify profiles
• Operates across multiple locations
• Includes a free e-book with your subscription

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

7. Limitations of Service

While we strive for accuracy, results depend on available data and the information you provide. We cannot guarantee that all active profiles will be detected, and results should be used as one factor in making personal decisions. Our service is not intended to be used as the sole basis for making significant life decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheaterScanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Individual Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved on an individual basis. Each claim or dispute shall be handled separately and independently, and no claim or dispute shall be consolidated with any other claim or dispute. Case-by-Case Basis: All disputes and claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or representative action. You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. Each party shall bear their own costs and expenses related to the resolution of their individual claims.

13. Termination

• Multiple failed payment attempts

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockages, embargoes, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CheaterScanner regarding your use of our service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
