1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CheaterScanner website and services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by, and payments are processed by, Z Naturals LLC ("CheaterScanner," "we," "us," or "our"), 1111B South Governors Avenue STE 23315, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA. 2. Eligibility and Attestations

By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with all applicable laws. You further attest that you have a lawful basis and a legitimate personal interest in searching for any individual you query.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the fee and applicable taxes at the start of each period.
• Introductory or promotional pricing applies only to the first billing period; thereafter the subscription renews at the regular price.
• You may cancel anytime in your account settings, or by emailing support@cheaterscanner.com; we process cancellations within 48 hours. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Charges appear as Cheaterscanner.com.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Service completely fails to return any matching results, or fails to provide its core functionality as described. The guarantee does not apply where a search returns possible matches, or where you are dissatisfied with the results of a successful search. To request a refund, email support@cheaterscanner.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. Requests are reviewed case by case.

5. Service Description and Data Sources

CheaterScanner is an informational search service that aggregates publicly available information. We cross-reference the inputs you provide against the data available to us. We do not authenticate into platforms, do not use credentials, and do not bypass technical access controls. Results are compiled from third-party sources, are informational and advisory only, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

6. Permitted Use and FCRA Notice

CheaterScanner is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information we provide is not a "consumer report" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. You may not use the Service or any results, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or for any other FCRA-regulated purpose. You agree not to use the Service or results to stalk, harass, intimidate, dox, threaten, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against any person, and you assume full responsibility for how you use any information obtained.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or related systems.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information. We retain and delete personal information in accordance with that policy and our internal retention and deletion procedures.

9. Limitations of Service

Results depend on the data available to us and on the information you provide. We cannot guarantee that all relevant information will be found, and results should be used as one factor in personal decisions, not as the sole basis for significant decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CheaterScanner and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

10.1 Third-Party Trademarks and Non-Affiliation

References to third-party platforms, products, or services made anywhere in connection with our data sources are for identification purposes only. CheaterScanner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such platform, product, or service. All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheaterScanner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis, in the State of Delaware. You and CheaterScanner waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, unlawful or fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data.

14. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including account, billing, service, and marketing messages (which you can opt out of). Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

15. California Consumer Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. 16. Force Majeure; Severability; Changes; Entire Agreement

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may modify these Terms and will update the "Last Updated" date; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and CheaterScanner.
